I would recommend So Cal Air to anyone seeking expert service and ongoing contact via text and email. We specialize in HVAC solutions for classroom environments. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with any company, and now the space has a top-rated Mitsubishi cooling/heating unit that makes no noise, is rated at 17SEER, and works with our 115V line. Menooa stopped by about halfway through the job to make sure everything was going well and made sure I was happy with the work. His two-person crew were excellent, didn't damage anything in the studio, and did a very clean job of installing the metal outdoor duct cover and condenser. He was very flexible on scheduling and contacted me the day we returned from a trip to book the installation the next day, which was yesterday. Menooa came out and agreed with me that we didn't need a large unit, which also meant we didn't need a dedicated circuit. We suggest you pack your priority piece with your most essential items.I've been wanting to have a mini-duct unit installed in our studio apartment for years, but previous HVAC firms have insisted that it would cost $12,000 due to having to run a dedicated electrical line for a large unit, even though it's a 200 square foot space.
